I am a founder building AI-native intelligence systems with defensible competitive advantages. A decade of work across climate data, enterprise risk, and AI has been organized around one thread: turning incomparable, structurally unreliable data into intelligence that institutions can act on, from global emissions disclosure through to the venture I lead today.

Most recently, I was a Senior AI Product Lead at Liminal, where I owned the KYC, Fraud, and Cybersecurity intelligence domains on a convergence platform where market insights and competitive intelligence meet. I now lead a climate-tech venture I co-founded through Carbon13: a risk-assessment platform that helps banks, insurers, and asset owners see the true carbon emissions behind inconsistent public disclosures, drawing on domain expertise in enterprise risk, financial modeling, and highly regulated industries built across Moody's, NZDPU, and central bank engagements spanning five jurisdictions.

Before Liminal, I was Data Product & Research Team Lead at the Net-Zero Data Public Utility (NZDPU), the global open climate data repository founded under GFANZ by Mark Carney, Emmanuel Macron, and Michael Bloomberg. There I authored a policy note presented to the G7, designed disclosure infrastructure for the Swiss government, and led central bank engagements across five jurisdictions, from the BIS Innovation Hub Hong Kong to the African Development Bank.

Earlier, I led ESG and climate product at Moody's Corporation, was product SME for the $3B Bureau van Dijk acquisition, and built physical-climate-risk analytics at Four Twenty Seven. I build the prototypes I design and push the code myself: three open-source MCP servers, a private emissions-intelligence engine, and a research programme tracking fifty-plus emerging technologies across the energy transition and AI foundations.

I hold a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, an MSc from Birkbeck, University of London (Distinction, Best Overall Student), studied Sustainable Energy Systems while pursuing a PhD at Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon, and hold a Climate Finance Certificate from ETH Zürich.
